Summary: the staff was excellent and attentive. our biggest concern was the sutie we had was right next to cleo restaurant and we would hear the staff arguing and talking in the evening and in the morning when we were trying to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. one night they had an event and it was beyond loud. we had to stay inside to get away form the noise.

Summary: Great value for the quality of the resort and amenities. Only oddity was the bathroom layout. The way it is set up lacks privacy which I found odd.

Summary: Very clean and new. Tremendous hotel with a TON of people. Staff was average they moved extremely slow and not super accommodating. Very expensive for average food, pool experience etc

Summary: Overpriced and overrated for what we got. Food is very expensive at the hotel. We liked the food at Katsuya and Leora the most. Pizza Lab good too. A slice of pizza is $13. Service was usually not great anywhere - staff were not helpful and often grumpy. I think management should try giving them more autonomy and pay to boost morale. Staff were often unable to think outside the box, probably because of the work culture. We complained to management and did have one of our dinners credited so that was nice. SLS shares the beach with Hyatt so the chairs are the same. Hyatt next door is perfect for anyone with kids btw. The lobby and casino at SLS are freezing, and the weather outside was windy, so we all got sick when coming from the pool. Overall I don’t think I’d come back to the Bahamas unless it was a last minute trip with guaranteed hot weather. Apparently Dec-April is cold.

Summary: Room was not good. Beds were missing a sheet, so it had a fitted sheet and comforter only. Then sheets had some stains. Safe did not work. The floor was dirty, also no fans in bathroom. Then Getting seats by the pool is impossible. I guess for what it costs, you are not getting what you pay for. People were very nice though.

Summary: This resort is absolutely amazing. It was so luxurious and they have something for everyone. The beverages, food, entertainment and activities were all fantastic. The food and drinks are very expensive, but everything was absolutely delicious, so one could justify the cost. I would definitely recommend this so a couples vacation or a family vacation.

Summary: Such a great place! Beautiful, and the folks were nice, especially Miguel at the front desk. Some of the dealers at the casino tables could use a little southern hospitality. I would highly recommend the stay, but bring your $$$$!
